  • Successfully represented our clients interest in a sex discrimination and unfair dismissal claim against a multi national company. Involving a triangular relationship between principal, end user and former employee. Obtained an ex gratia payment on behalf of former employee following protracted settlement discussions
  • Represented the interests of clients' on all aspects of Unfair Dismissal, Redundancy and Discrimination under the Equality Act 2010. 
  • We diligently act for repondents with regards to staff incidents, adapting its grievance procedures for easy implementation
  • We have successfully acted on behalf of both claimants and respondents resulting in satisfactory resolution by way of settlement, thus avoiding a trial, protecting the company’s core values and avoiding any adverse publicity
